Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance
By using the Revive website, submitting our qualification form, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Service description
Revive by Fixer HQ provides database reactivation services on a revenue share basis. There is zero upfront cost to the client. We reactivate dormant leads and contacts in your existing database, and share in the revenue generated.
3. How it works
- Free audit: we assess your database to determine reactivation potential
- Campaign build: we design personalised AI-powered messaging sequences for your dormant contacts
- Launch: we run the reactivation campaign using SMS, email, and AI voice
- Revenue share: you keep the majority of recovered revenue; we take a share of the results
4. Revenue share terms
- The revenue share split is 60% client / 40% Revive of recovered revenue attributable to the reactivation campaign.
- Attribution window: 90 days from the date of first reactivation contact with each lead.
- Reconciliation: monthly, based on confirmed conversions reported by the client.
- Dispute window: either party may raise a dispute within 5 business days of receiving the monthly reconciliation statement.
5. Client obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide an accurate and complete database of contacts for reactivation
- Confirm that all data in your database was lawfully collected and that you have a legal basis to contact these individuals
- Review and approve all messaging content before campaigns are launched
- Report conversions honestly and in a timely manner for revenue share calculations
- Notify us promptly of any data subject requests received in relation to the campaign
6. AI and messaging
All messages sent during a reactivation campaign are sent from your brand, not from Revive. Messaging is AI-personalised based on your database records and approved templates.
You must approve all message content before launch. We will not send any communications without your sign-off.
7. Data processing
Revive acts as a data processor when handling your customer database. You remain the data controller at all times.
A full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included as part of the service agreement. We process your data strictly according to your instructions and applicable UK data protection law.
8. Minimum requirements
To qualify for the Revive service, your database must meet the following minimum criteria:
- 500+ contacts in the dormant database
- Average transaction value of £500 or more
We assess these requirements during the free audit stage. If your database does not meet the criteria, we will let you know and may suggest alternative approaches.
9. Term and cancellation
- Initial campaign period: 90 days from launch
- After the initial period, the service rolls on a monthly basis
- Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice after the initial 90-day period
- Written notice can be sent via email to [email protected]
- Any revenue share owed for conversions within the attribution window remains payable after cancellation
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the revenue share payments received by Revive in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
11. No guaranteed results
Reactivation outcomes depend on a number of factors outside our control, including the quality of the database, how recently contacts were active, market conditions, and the nature of your products or services.
While we use proven AI-driven methods to maximise response rates, we do not guarantee specific revenue figures or conversion rates. If we generate nothing, you pay nothing.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
